Faenor's
Torment

Although Christianity doesn’t exist within FFXIV’s world, my love for church aesthetics has heavily influenced the themes and imagery in Faenor’s lore and art.
Faenor is haunted by his past and by the things he was forced to do, and that lingering torment was something I wanted to capture while creating this piece.
I left parts of it rough and messy, perhaps I’ll refine it someday, but in a way I also feel that the imperfection suits the tone of the work.
